Sydney Johnson, the founder and lead fitness coach at Strength Journey Fitness. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2023, I haven’t looked back—fitness has always been my passion. As a former basketball and flag football player, I know the importance of pushing both the mind and body to achieve peak performance. I bring that same energy into my coaching, focusing on a holistic approach to training that fosters both physical strength and mental resilience.
